Paid service engagements — including the AI Presence Audit and any ongoing services — are governed by a separate written service agreement executed between Aluxads and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement controls.
Submitting an intake form does not create a contractual obligation on either party. Aluxads reviews all applications and confirms fit before any engagement begins.
All content on this Site — including text, design, graphics, methodology descriptions, scoring frameworks, and branding — is the property of Aluxads or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The MarkOS AI Presence Score framework, scoring methodology, and associated templates used to produce audit reports remain the exclusive property of Aluxads / MarkOS. Audit report content is the property of the client upon full payment of the engagement fee, as specified in the service agreement.
The free AI Presence Score tool available at /tools/ai-presence-score/ is provided for informational purposes. Results are self-reported estimates and do not constitute a formal audit.
This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Aluxads does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Content on this Site, including GEO guidance, AI visibility recommendations, and industry commentary, is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or marketing advice.
